The Hall and Reading Room provide a local meeting place and venue for sports clubs, social groups and private individual events. Regular users are listed below – each of these groups welcomes new members.
Desperados Baby and Toddler Group
Every second Thursday morning 9.30-11.30am
A friendly, inclusive group for parents and carers and their small people, from babies to school age. £4 per family, including tea, coffee and biscuits for adults and a healthy snack and drink for children. Drama Group

Village Lunch
Once a month a group of fantastic local cooks prepare and serve a hearty two courses for neighbours and friends. £6. All are welcome but bookings must be made in advance. Harvest Supper takes place in September and is often accompanied by live music, and at Christmas the lunch team provide a stunning three course meal with all the trimmings.
